At Bishop Gadsden, the project focused on renovating an existing dining space and introducing a new bakery and market concept. The design emphasized food safety, transparency, and operational efficiency.
Simple, technology-driven solutions were integrated to reduce labor, minimize food waste, and improve overall workflow. The bakery concept adds energy and variety to the dining experience, offering fresh, made-in-house selections across expanded service hours and locations.
Together, these updates enhance daily dining operations while improving convenience and guest experience throughout the community.
