A Destination for Dining and Connection
To elevate the dining experience across the community, Givens Estates introduced a diverse collection of hospitality-driven venues designed to meet a variety of resident preferences. The new food hall features a bistro with a hearth oven for artisan pizzas, along with a grill, deli, rotisserie, bakery, and other made-to-order offerings. A convenient grab-and-go market and gift shop provide everyday essentials for residents and visitors.
A flexible café and lounge space transitions throughout the day, serving specialty coffee in the morning and transforming into a bar and social gathering space in the evening. For a more refined dining experience, The Terrace offers destination dining with an exhibition kitchen, semi-private dining room, and a French cooking suite that brings culinary craftsmanship to the forefront.
Together, these venues create a vibrant dining program that expands choice, convenience, and social engagement while enhancing the overall hospitality experience for residents, staff, and guests.
