ABOUT THE PROJECT

Where Smart Design Meets Modern Senior Dining

When Hoosier Village expanded its campus with new residential apartments, it wasn't just about adding square footage. It was a chance to completely rethink how this community was ready to dine. With food safety, operational transparency, and staffing efficiency at the center of every decision, the result is a three-concept dining program that meets people where they are, whether that's a relaxed evening out or a quick bite at midnight.


The Social sets the tone for pre-dinner culture, bringing in local breweries, a live back-bar fireplace, and a small plates tapas menu that gives residents a reason to linger. The former Green Onion bistro got a full reinvention as The Grill, now a fast-casual short-order spot built for quick, quality service. And Dash rounds out the program as a self-serve grab-and-go market with self-checkout technology running 24/7.

Together, the three concepts reduce waste, improve staffing flexibility, and give everyone on campus exactly what they need, exactly when they need it.
