Modernized Dining. Improved Everyday Experience.
This renovation transformed the existing café into a more flexible, resident-focused dining environment. A new coffee shop, 24/7 market with self-checkout, and marketplace with grill and hearth oven expanded access to fresh food, varied menu options, and convenient grab-and-go offerings throughout the day. Designed with an emphasis on food safety, transparency, and operational efficiency, the space supports smoother service and improved back-of-house flow. The result is a more active, accessible dining experience that better supports daily routines and gives residents more choice in how and when they dine.
