ABOUT THE PROJECT
A Community Connected Through Dining.
The dining program at Diakon Luther Crest was designed to replace a traditional senior living dining model with a more varied, hospitality-focused experience centered around choice, flexibility, and destination-based dining. The project includes seven distinct venues that support different dining occasions throughout the day, allowing residents to move between quick service, casual dining, social gathering spaces, and elevated restaurant experiences within one connected program.
At the center of the project is the Exhibition Restaurant, featuring an open cooking suite and chef’s table that brings culinary activity into the dining experience. Supporting venues include a fast-casual café serving breakfast and lunch with fresh baked goods, the Hearth & Grill for made-to-order dining, a dedicated bar and lounge for evening cocktails and small plates, private dining for family gatherings and events, a 24/7 market for grab-and-go convenience, and an outdoor kitchen designed for seasonal dining and live culinary programming.

Together, the venues create a layered dining environment that increases variety, expands daypart usage,
and encourages residents to engage with the community through food and shared experiences.
