ABOUT THE PROJECT
Dining Designed for Living.
When Sinai Residences set out to reimagine dining for their Boca Raton community, they brought us in as food service design consultants to help shape every detail. Working hand-in-hand with leadership and design teams, we developed a dining expansion that puts connection at its core. The centerpiece is an expo kitchen restaurant — a lively, sensory space where residents can watch chefs at work, share in the energy of the kitchen, and enjoy meals that feel like an event. An outdoor patio invites residents to dine in the open air, while a private dining room with a wine wall creates a warm, refined setting for intimate occasions. A bar with easy access to both inside and outside keeps the gathering going well beyond the table. The entire design feels at home within the existing campus, drawing on nature and the outdoors to make everyday dining feel like something special.
