ABOUT THE PROJECT
Dining Reimagined for an Active Senior Community
At Pacific Springs Village in Omaha, NE, the dining experience was reimagined through a central kitchen expansion and the addition of flexible, hospitality-driven venues. The enlarged kitchen serves as the operational backbone, supporting bulk production for a new bar and grill, bistro, auditorium events, and fast-casual service throughout the day.
The bar and grill doubles as a social hub with an interactive golf simulator, creating an engaging gathering space for residents. The adjacent bistro features barn-style sliding doors that allow the kitchen to operate as either an enclosed back-of-house space or a more open culinary experience connected to the dining room. Both venues share a central dining area with direct access to outdoor deck seating, creating flexibility and flow between dining environments.
A self-service market rounds out the program, giving residents convenient access to fresh items, snacks, and everyday essentials throughout the day.
