Working alongside the project team, SCOPOS helped transform the dining experience through the introduction of two distinct hospitality venues designed to encourage connection, flexibility, and choice.

The new fast-casual bistro brings culinary activity to the forefront, featuring a hearth oven, grill, and interactive preparation station that allows residents to engage with the cooking process while enjoying freshly prepared meals. Complementing the bistro, the Flex Bar & Lounge serves as a welcoming gathering place throughout the day, offering a comfortable setting for casual dining, social events, and community celebrations.
