ABOUT THE PROJECT
More Than a Meal, A Daily Destination.
St. Andrews North Bistro in Boca Raton, Florida was designed to offer residents a dining program as dynamic and varied as the community it serves. The hearth oven anchors the space, bringing live culinary energy and a sense of warmth that sets the tone across every meal period.
The bistro combines self-service and full-service stations spanning deli, salad, grill, beverage, and dessert, giving residents the flexibility to engage with their dining experience on their own terms. An adjoining exhibition dining area features a semi-casual show kitchen that adds an interactive, engaging dimension to the everyday dining routine.
The marketplace extends the program into a coffee house-inspired setting, offering grab-and-go options, a gift shop, and a flexible layout that transitions seamlessly from casual dining to a social gathering space. A private dining area and themed restaurant provide more curated options for residents and guests seeking a distinct culinary experience.
The Blue Bay Bar completes the program with indoor and outdoor seating, offering a sophisticated yet approachable space for residents to relax and connect with the broader community around them.
