Set within Gaithersburg’s Rio Lakefront and Downtown Crown, reimagines senior living through a hospitality-driven approach to dining, wellness, and community engagement. As Kisco Senior Living’s newest Signature Community, the project embodies the brand’s celebrated “Art of Living” philosophy, creating an environment where residents are encouraged to stay connected, inspired, and actively engaged in everyday life. The design introduces a dynamic collection of culinary and social destinations — including a marketplace café, club room, expo restaurant, assisted living bar, and flexible lounge concepts — each thoughtfully tailored to support both casual daily routines and elevated gathering experiences. Seamlessly blending operational efficiency with warm, resident-centered hospitality, the project transforms dining into a central component of community life. Paired with sophisticated architecture, curated programming, and a strong connection to the surrounding neighborhood, The Carnegie establishes a new benchmark for modern senior living design where lifestyle, wellness, and social connection come together effortlessly.
