ABOUT THE PROJECT
A dining experience built for the modern student.
The Broward Dining Hall renovation at the University of Florida was designed to fundamentally transform the student dining experience. The project expanded the space to accommodate additional seating and replaced a single, shared kitchen with individual kitchens at each of the nine dedicated food stations.
The renovation introduced a diverse, rotating menu spanning hearth, grill, bakery, salad, allergen-free, vegan, breakfast, deli stations, and more. A new market area was added for convenient grab-and-go options, catering to the needs of UF's busy student body.
