Refreshed Dining Experience. Elevated Resident Living.
The Waverly Heights Life Plan Community underwent a dining transformation that introduced a series of micro-venues designed to support community growth and evolving resident needs. The goal was to expand culinary variety, elevate food quality, and foster a more engaging, hospitality-driven environment that encourages interaction between residents and staff.
SCOPOS provided Culinary Master Planning and Concept Design services, along with full food service design implementation. The program includes a fast-casual dining experience featuring a grill, deli, bakery, coffee shop, and grab-and-go market for convenient daily access. The bistro concept centers around a hearth oven, supported by a cooking suite, carving station, and chef’s counter to create an open and interactive dining experience.
